Where did the incident occur?

Where did the incident happen? Specify the location, plant and/or department.

What happened? List 2-3 keywords. IMPORTANT: Describe the sequence of events in detail in the “Content of the report” field at the end of the form.

When did it happen? Please provide specific dates or timeframes.

Is it still happening/ongoing?

Who is/was involved? Please include information on all relevant R&S and external parties.

Who was/is the victim? What is the potential damage (financial, personal, reputation, etc.)?

Are other persons (not directly involved in the events) already informed about it (HR, direct managers, witnesses)? Since when?

Is there any evidence? If so, where can it be found?

You can choose to submit the report anonymously, but we encourage you to provide your name and contact details in the fields below. Please note that - depending on the case - we might need to get in touch with you personally in order to persue the investigation. In any case, your contact details are only displayed to the responsible case manager at the Legal & Compliance Department of the R&S Group.

By providing your personal data, you agree to disclose your identity to the Legal & Compliance Department of the R&S Group, and you agree to the processing of such data in connection to your report.

After submitting your report, the system will generate a confirmation of submission, along with a unique identifier and password, which you will need to log into your personal inbox in the R&S Speak Up Line (the "Whistleblower's inbox", which you find in the upper right corner of this form) and communicate with the responsible case manager regarding this specific report. You can print out the access data as a PDF file. Don't forget to regularly check your Whistleblower's inbox in the R&S Speak Up Line and respond to further questions the responsible case manager might eventually address to you.

Welcome to the R&S Speak Up Line

In order to support our compliance program, we wish to encourage anyone observing or suspecting misconduct at R&S or one of its subsidiaries to notify us by using our Speak Up Line through which you can quickly and easily report your concern.

You are free to provide your name or report anonymously. In any case, please safely preserve your login information to the R&S Speak Up Line, and make sure to regularly look into it after you have submitted your report. This is the only way we can communicate with you for required clarifications on the reported concern. If you decide however to provide us with an email address or other contact information, we will contact you directly.

All reports are strictly confidential. Your request will be encrypted and transmitted securely to the recipient (a designated person in R&S's Legal & Compliance Department). Only he or she will be able to read it.

The Speak Up Line must not be used to make false accusations against others or report information that you know is untrue. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
